So, it’s vital that start-ups prioritise employee well-being if they want to reach their goals. After all, poor morale leads to low productivity. Here are five ways to ensure you create a healthy, happy work environment for your staff.  

 

Make sure everyone is involved

Ensure that everyone is involved in the business by encouraging feedback and, more importantly, listening to it. As well as regular check-ins with your team, another good way to gauge morale is by setting up a central inbox for people to submit anonymous feedback and ideas. This creates an atmosphere of openness and trust, and gives employees a voice on how the company runs, as well as suggestions for product innovation.
