I’m Mac Alonge, CEO of The Equal Group. I started off working in the energy and utilities sector. My background is in regulatory economics, so I spent 10 years working as a regulatory consultant. Over the years, I worked with and for some of the largest public and private sector organisations including the UK and Scottish Government, KPMG, National Grid and Scottish Power amongst others.

Before setting up DiVA, I enjoyed a career in the film and TV industries supporting new talent to develop their first feature projects. I am also a writer working on my first feature film screenplay. I was born and raised in the Newcastle; a Geordie girl through and through who loves to laugh a lot!

I am the founder of Amy Merrywest Consulting and I teach entrepreneurial mums how to do their own PR. I started out my career as a temp in a small PR firm and then moved into London to further my career with a big brand agency. I looked after the PR for a large retail company and it was then that I really fell in love with PR.

I’m Deyan Dimitrov, CEO of Laundryheap, an on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning service. I came from fairly humble beginnings, having worked in business development and e-commerce before I founded Laundryheap in 2014.

My name is Joseph Hagan and I am the founder of Streamline PR I started the company about 5 years ago. Streamline PR offers everything from personal publicity, management, and event curation. Over the last few years we have networked extensively in London and abroad and as a result have a unique database of contacts with which we have built strong relationships.

I’m Yash Dubal, the founder and Director of A Y & J Solicitors, the immigration experts. I was born and raised in Gujarat, India before coming to the UK in 2003 after completing a computer engineering degree and borrowing £1500 for visa fees.

I have worked in PR for over 20 years. I studied Business & Marketing at Brunel University. When I was a student I worked in John Lewis (so that I could have a discount in Waitrose!) and I thoroughly enjoyed working for The Partnership because the training was excellent and the democratic culture of the business was very inspiring at that age.

Natalie Luke founded Aduro to produce industry awarded, best in class work that delivers commercial results whilst having the balance of flexible working as she was also raising a young family of her own.
