Advanced appoints Nick Gallimore to new role of Managing Director, People Management

 

Global software and services company, Advanced, has announced the appointment of Nick Gallimore to the new role of Managing Director of People Management, a newly formed business unit reflecting the growth and success of Advanced’s investment and innovation in its people management tools. The new role will enable Advanced to further accelerate its market share in the fast growing people management sector by delivering products aimed at improving workforce management and employee attraction and retention.

Gartner forecasts robust and steady growth in the global people management market this year, predicting growth of $23.9 billion, up from $21.5 billion in 2022, and further predicted growth of $2.8 billion to $26.7 billion in 2024. Advanced has identified the people management market as a major focus for the company in 2023 consolidating the people management brands it acquired in 2019 and 2020 - ASI, Mitrefinch and Clear Review. The company now has a comprehensive suite of products spanning the people management and people experience combined with a strong customer base of  4,500 which it is looking to grow significantly this year.
