Affiliate Industry Invited to take part In 24-Hour London-to-Paris Charity Bike Ride

A unique event has been launched to unite the affiliate industry, combining a charity-minded challenge with an unrivalled saddle-based networking opportunity for adventurous affiliate professionals. The EMEA branch of the affiliate management agency Acceleration Partners have announced plans to host an ambitious 24-hour bike ride from London to Paris this September, with all proceeds going to the British Heart Foundation charity.

Any cycling enthusiasts working across the affiliate industry, or professionals simply looking for a challenge and a chance to don some lycra, are welcome to join ranks and take part in the charity bike ride this September, spanning 180 miles between two of the world’s most iconic cities, London and Paris.

The cycling challenge, hosted by the EMEA team of the affiliate management agency Acceleration Partners, is designed to unite the industry in a whole new way; not only bringing professionals together across the industry for an incredible networking event like no other, but also to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, the largest independent funder of cardiovascular research.

The ride will take place over a 24-hour period; giving riders plenty of time to engage in some endorphin-boosting, exercise-based networking while in the saddle or over celebratory dinner and drinks.

It will take place from the 3rd-5th September and will include a fully signed route, cycle leader and support vehicle. The overnight ferry and return Eurostar will be organised for the group, in addition to meals, refreshments, fluids and hotel stay in Paris; meaning that all riders need to worry about bringing is their bike, helmet and perhaps a tube of chamois cream.

Helen Southgate, Managing Director of Acceleration Partners commented:

“Performance drives us; we are always striving to do more, be more and achieve more. This bike ride is an effort to bring the adventurous affiliate community together, unite for a really good cause close to home for many of our team members and achieve something amazing. Our industry is full of brilliant, inspired and passionate people with fantastic energy, so we are expecting this to be an incredible experience and really great fun.”
