Lyfeguard appoints Mastercard Vice President John Garden to Advisory Board

 

Lyfeguard, a life planning assistant and document management platform, has appointed Vice President of Mastercard’s strategic growth division, John Garden, to its advisory board to lead business development strategy.

Garden, VP within Mastercard’s strategic growth division and global lead for their Freight & Logistics Program, has decades of industry experience focused on digital transformation and new service enablement through his direct experience with both global technology companies and startups. His extensive engagement with technology partners, financial institutions and FinTechs, which includes other external board positions, brings tremendous incremental value to the Lyfeguard team. 

With his extensive and diverse international commercial experience, including over 10 years in program delivery with Orange Business Services, Garden will support the execution of Lyfeguard’s business growth strategy advising on partnership, channel and overall go to market implementation.

Garden joins Lyfeguard’s advisory board alongside six other industry veterans, including: Jack Smith, CEO of IAG Loyalty Retail; Ronel David, Strategic Sales and DE&I Leader at FIS; Jonathan Lloyd White, CISO at Natura &Co.; Gavin Borthwick, Product Design Lead at Beyond; Lee Mabey, Managing Partner at dentsu International; Lukman Abdul-karim, Principal Consultant at Agilisys.
