ReSolve welcomes Andrew Pepper as Partner

ReSolve, the leading boutique business advisory, restructuring and investment practice, is pleased to welcome Andrew Pepper as a new Partner to the practice. Andrew has over three decades’ experience in high-level roles across the restructuring and turnaround sector,  including within the partnerships of BDO and Kroll Zolfo Cooper, and at Hilco Capital. Andrew’s  focus will be on preserving and increasing enterprise value on behalf of ReSolve’s clients in a variety of enterprising and innovative ways, bringing with him his extensive experience in previous roles as advisor, chairman, investor and lender.

Andrew has recently been the Chief Executive Officer at a UK family office. He has also acted as Chief Restructuring Officer for several large businesses. In addition, Andrew recently held the role of President of the Turnaround Management Association, a 10,000-member global organisation that focuses on corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health.

Whilst over the years Andrew has acted for a number of household-name businesses including House of Fraser, Jessops, Habitat, Woolworths and HMV, he has a particular interest in saving and improving mid-market stressed businesses before they hit the point of “no return”.

Andrew commented: “After several years working directly with a large and diverse mix of UK enterprises, I am pleased to be joining ReSolve and focusing my efforts towards the wide range of mid-market businesses which form the backbone of the UK economy. I look forward  to working with the highly skilled team at ReSolve to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.”

Cameron Gunn, ReSolve Senior Partner, said: “We are delighted that Andrew is joining our team at ReSolve and are excited about the vast knowledge and experience he brings with him. This is a perfect time for Andrew to join us and offer his services to our clients as there has  never been a more uncertain and challenging time for UK businesses. Andrew’s experience supporting companies through turnarounds and restructurings will be invaluable to our  clients.”

Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Insolvency Practitioner.
