Rubix VT is delighted to announce the acquisition of YouTech Solutions Limited’s client base

Based in the heart of Peterborough, YouTech Solutions Limited offers hosted telephony and IT management services, including email hosting, anti-virus solutions, and 24/7 desktop and server monitoring. The business has enjoyed consistent organic growth and has become well-established in and around Cambridgeshire.

The deal was completed smoothly thanks to the expert consulting work of Rupert Rawcliffe from SRC Corporate Finance, with David Little from Bishop & Sewell LLP providing legal advice.
