Womble Bond Dickinson advises LRC Group on Picture House residential acquisition
Newcastle-based international law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised long-standing client LRC Group on the acquisition of a recently converted building comprising residential and commercial units in Luton.
Global real estate investment and fund management firm LRC has acquired Picture House Apartments, a part conversion and part new build development including 68 residential units and two commercial units from Go-Develop (Gordon Street) Limited.
A Newcastle-based team from WBD advised LRC, led by real estate partner Nigel Emmerson and managing associate Dale Armstrong, with support from Emma Garfit (managing associate, real estate), Ian Atkinson (partner, construction), Jeremy Smith (partner, tax) and Joanne Anderson (associate, real estate).
