Coolbrook Appoints Lauri Peltola as SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development

 

Coolbrook has announced the appointment of Lauri Peltola to the position of SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Peltola joins from KONE where he was Director of Volume Elevator Offering. He brings over ten years experience in leadership and portfolio management positions.

Peltola will lead the corporate strategic planning process to establish a comprehensive strategic roadmap that drives business results for Coolbrook. He will be responsible for delivering corporate development projects that create business growth through new partnerships, organic expansion, and by acquisition. Additionally, Peltola will support on key strategic priorities and projects in partnership with Coolbrook’s senior management and board of directors.

At KONE Peltola was responsible for driving global core elevator competitiveness across all geographies to secure a profitable, cost-competitive, high quality and carbon optimised elevator offering. Prior to that Peltola spent eight years at OP Financial Group - initially as an analyst, before becoming Director of Mortgages and Secured Consumer Loans. From there he went to McKinsey & Company, serving first as Senior Associate, then as an Engagement Manager.
