Kin + Carta Europe earns B Corp Certification
Global digital transformation consultancy Kin + Carta announced that its European division has officially become a Certified B Corporation, joining a global group of companies using business as a force for good.
Kin + Carta Europe joins almost 4,000 B Corps across 150 different industries and 74 countries, with one unifying goal: to redefine success in business.
“Kin + Carta’s mission is to make the world work better for everyone,” said David Tuck, group chief executive at Kin + Carta Europe. “That ethos goes beyond what we’re doing for clients. It runs through every facet of our business, meaning we’re committed to making the world a better place right now, and for future generations. We started this journey in 2019, and becoming a certified B Corp in Europe proves that we have what it takes to make that change. But this is only the beginning.”
Certified B Corporations work toward reduced inequality, lower levels of poverty, a healthier environment, stronger communities, and the creation of high-quality jobs with dignity and purpose. As businesses, B Corps consider not just shareholder value, but the impact on all stakeholders: employees, customers, society, and the environment.
“We operate on a triple bottom line of people, planet and profit,” Tuck adds. “Ticking all those boxes isn’t something any business can achieve overnight - for us, it means a very clear ambition and a huge amount of hard work from many people.
“We’re a successful growing business whose shares have quadrupled in the last year alone. We offer rewarding careers to those who share our vision, and we’re a force for good when it comes to the environment, our communities and the planet. B Corp is a great framework to measure a company’s progress towards the accomplishment of that vision.”
Aside from its recent B Corp Certification, Kin + Carta’s other long-term goals include becoming a carbon neutral and zero waste business.
