In these strange and uncertain times, it arguably has never been scarier to be a small business owner. While the FMCG sector is certainly nervous about what the future might bring in the weeks and months to come, this industry has been on the frontline of watching consumers stock up on essentials over the last week. The healthier snacks start-up, Real Handful, hopes everyone can get hold of everything they need, it seems this pandemic is here to stay, so the nation must knuckle down, adapt and entertain ourselves in new ways.
Given the world’s current climate, Real Handful has taken this opportunity to launch the #STOCKUPSMALL campaign, as they encourage those who can afford it to use this period to discover new smaller businesses they can shop from. Stocking up on new products made with passion and love from small business owners and entrepreneurs not only helps to give back to the economy during this uncomfortable period but it eases the burden on businesses who might feel it most.
The brand have launched the discount code: STOCKUP on their website to offer 15% to consumers willing to shop small.
